How to Apply

Opening a wholesale account is a straightforward process. Simply complete the application form on this page with your business details. Our team will review your submission and respond within 72 hours regarding your approval status. We may request additional information if needed. Once approved, you will receive access to wholesale pricing and can begin placing orders immediately.

Ordering & Payment Terms

To maintain wholesale account status, a minimum order value of CAD $500 (before taxes and shipping) applies to all purchases. Orders must be paid in full before shipment, with payments accepted via wire transfer, bank draft, email transfer, cash, debit, or credit card (a 5% processing fee applies to credit card transactions). All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Pricing is subject to change without notice, though we strive to provide advance notice whenever possible.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation. We ship across Canada and internationally using trusted carriers, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Cancellations

All wholesale sales are final, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective. Any claims must be reported within five business days of delivery and accompanied by clear photographs. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped; once in transit, cancellations are not possible.

Wholesale Policies & Compliance

Wholesale pricing is intended strictly for resale purposes. Personal purchases must be made through our retail store. To maintain the integrity of our brand and product value, resellers may be required to adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. While we strive to maintain stock availability, inventory is not guaranteed, and certain products may be available in limited quantities.
