✅ How to Apply

Opening a wholesale account with Model Cars Canada is quick and easy. 

1. Complete the Wholesale Account Registration Form on this page with your business details.
2. Our team will review your submission and typically respond within 72 hours.
3. If approved, you'll receive access to wholesale pricing and can begin ordering right away.
4. We encourage all new registrants to reach out to our team when making their first order so we can help them with the steps!

*We may request additional information if needed during the review process. 

💳 Ordering & Payment Terms

• Minimum order: CAD $750 (before taxes and shipping) per purchase. Mixed quantities translating to:
  • Approximately - 3 Pieces of Kyosho 
  • Approximately - 6 Pieces of GT Spirit or OttOmobile
  • Approximately - 12 Pieces of Solido
• Payment is required in full before shipment.
• Accepted payment methods:
  • Wire Transfer
  • Bank Draft
  • Email Transfer
  • Cash
  • Debit
  • Credit Card (5% processing fee applies)

💡 All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
🔄 Prices are subject to change without notice, but we aim to communicate changes in advance whenever possible.

🚚 Shipping & Fulfillment

• Orders ship within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
• We ship across Canada, U.S.A and Internationally via trusted carriers.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

🌍 International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

📦 Returns & Cancellations

• All wholesale orders are final sale, except for damaged or defective items.
• Report any issues within 7 days of delivery for order quantities under 199 pieces and within 14 days for orders over 200 pieces and include clear photos.
• We’ll review and provide a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
• Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• Pre-orders can not be canceled. Once placed cancellations are not possible.

📜 Wholesale Policies

• Wholesale pricing is for resale only. Personal purchases must be made through our retail store.
• Resellers may be required to comply with our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.
• Inventory levels may vary — availability is not guaranteed and some items may be limited edition or low stock.
